* My everyday summer makeup *

As the weather is getting hotter and the sun is coming out, I’m changing my makeup routine.

I always begin by putting some moisturizer on my face. These days I’m using my Lush simple : Nirvana.

For foundation, I’m using the Bourjois : BB Bronzing cream 8 in 1. What I love about this product is, it has a sheer tint and doesn’t erase my freckles who comes out at the same as the sun. 

For concealer, I use the Rimmel : Wake Me Up Concealer in classic beige. I put in on my eyelid, under my eyes, on the middle and the side of my nose and a little bit on my forehead and chin (and a little more when I spots).

I set everything with my Rimmel: Stay Mate Powder in transparent.

For my eyes, I use a brown eye shadow and put it near my upper and down eye lashes. On my water line I’m going for Catrice : Made to Stay Inside Eye and as for mascara it’s the Maybelline : The Rocket Volum’ Express in brown.

And on my lips, today, I’ve decided to wear the Rimmel :lasting finish lipstick by Kate Moss in 03 a lovely nude. 

For blush, well, today was a no blush day ... like for bronzer.

As you can see, I really like Rimmel products, good quality and not too expensive.

Here's a little peak on my favorite youtubers.

Kayley Melissa: Kayley was the first beauty channel that I discovered. I was looking for Bal/prom hair tutorial on YouTube. After a couple clicks, I felt in heaven for hair. She offers simply the best hair tutorial.(And I'm not going to lie, I'm obsess with her hair.)

Zoella: This is my favorite youTuber ever. She's just a simple girl who one day decided she wanted to film videos and put them on the internet. And OMG, her English accent is so cute!

Tanya Burr: Tanya Burr is also an English youTuber. She's generous so sweet. I love how she embraces her body (she's not fat at all, but for once she's not one of these girls who are a size 0). She does make-up tutorial (as she's a make-up artist). I'm not saying that we look alike, but she makes me think about me and how goofy I can be.

Fleur De Force: If I had to put a mane and a picture of a proper English person, it would be Fleur. I think she embraces perfectly the English culture and I love it.

Guitar Goddess: Last summer, I bought a guitar. I'm not going to lie, it's not easy to learn how to play with. I take guitar lesson, it helps but it's more classical guitar. On her channel, Michelle offers tutorial on commercials songs, and what I love is that she explains EVERYTHING.

Laura in the Kitchen: This is the first ever YouTube account that I 've subscribe to. She's simply the best when it comes to the kitchen. She offers plenty of recipes and for all.

Hi everyone,

I'm back today with a new post … about candles! 
Last year, in April, I went to London with 4 of my best friends. I already went a couple times but I always find somewhere new where I've never been. 
This time, I discovered Camden Town, and I loved it. I can go on and on, on this little piece of London but it's not the subject of my article (but if you have the chance GO SEE IT !!!).

While I was wondering in the market, I spotted a little stand selling candles. The brand is called " Best Kept Secrets ", it's an English company who makes handmade scented candles. They offer different products such as candle tins, natural candles, 4 wick candles, super seven, Christmas candles, rattan reed diffusers, occasion candles and three lite.

I haven't tried everything but from what I have tried, I"ve never smell something more natural and smelling that good. 
My favorite is the " Freshy Baked Shortbread ", it smells exactly like it's called. I also ordered last Christmas a super seven in the " Indulgent Collection : mocha, saffron, gingerbread, cinnamon, apple tart, shortbread and hot chocolate " and still have 3 of them to burn. And one of my lovely cousin went to London last month and she brought me a small size mango & papaya. Their prices are also not too bad and they ship worldwide (at least in Belgium I'm sure).

If you have to chance to go to London, I truly recommend you to go to Camden town and find their little stand.

First of all I would like to say sorry for being a little bit off but I had my finals … But the good news is that I'm finished for now. I still have my bachelor paper to write than I'm finished.

Today, I was wondering on the internet and stopped at a video of pointlessblog a UK youtuber (nothing to do with beauty) where he had decided to write a list of 25 things to do this summer and capture them. I thought this idea was genius, so I did mine. 

Oh excuse me for my " * " these are my " secret " things to do!

A couple weeks I had the good idea to watch all the episode of " Dancing with the stars - USA ". And I felt for the winners Meryl Davis and Maksim Chmerkovskiy (OMG he's gorgeous). The last song they danced to was Glowing by Nikki Williams and this song is so lovely. I can't stop putting it on repeat.

I hope that you will enjoy it as mush as I am.

* Best sunscreen ever : Australian Gold *

I don't know for you guys but here in Belgium there the weather has been simply perfect : hot and sunny! But sun means protection. 
When I was younger, I used to hate putting sunscreen, all I wanted is having as much sun on me and putting sunscreen, meant less sun on me. 

One day, my grandmother and aunt were " Jess you have to put sunscreen simply for your health ". My aunt had a sunscreen with her so I was okay, I'm going to put some. 
She was using the " Australian Gold sunscreen spy 15 spray gel with instant bronzer ". And since then, I can't stop putting some on me  when I see an inch of the sun.

Why do I love it?
- it smells so good.
- it protects you from sunburn.
- the bronze incorporated in it make you a little but tan.
- resistant to water.

Seriously, like we all know, we have to take care of our health, our skin, and putting sunscreen is one of the many things we can do to prevent any disease caused from the sun.

I hope that these few days are just the beginning of a beautiful summer for us. What about the weather for you guys?

* Chocolate chip muffins *

On Saturday or Sunday morning, I have more time to prepare my breakfast. So here's my recipe to make 12 delicious chocolate chip muffins with a hint of vanilla and cinnamon. I don't eat the 12 muffins in 2 day, but I always do more, like this I can have a nice and fast breakfast during the week.

- Preheat your over on 175°

In a bowl put your dry ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cup of flour
- 1/3 cup of sugar
- 2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

In a small recipient put all your wet ingredients:
- 3/4 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of oil
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla (I forget to put mine, silly me !!!)
- 1 egg

Have also 3/4 cup of chocolate chip. Usually I don't buy chocolate chip because I think it's too expensive. So I cut chunky pieces of chocolate.

Once you have all your ingredient ready, mix them all together. Put the muffins paper liners in the muffins pan and fill up your muffin pans at 3/4.

They have to cook for 18 minutes.

Before you eat them, let them cool down for 20 minutes, then enjoy :)

Here's our new member!

It's a little Jack Russell. Sadly the people who sold her to us, said that she was 2 months but no. So we went to the vet who told us that she had to be 4-6 weeks. 
That means we have to take care of her all the time. But truly, it's not at all a problem because she's so cute.

She still doesn't have a name … Do anyone has an idea?

Hi everyone,

You may not know but I'm in the middle of my finals, that means a lot of stress. Today, after my test, I've decided that I wanted to get a little treat for myself. So I went to Lush near the " Rue Neuve - Bruxelles ".

I bought a bath bomb: Fizzbanger. In my opinion, it's the best. When you put it in your bath, it smells like a citrussy apple and then a cinnamon, apple pie like scent with a hint of ylang ylang.

As you can see on the picture, I didn't stop there. I also bought a lip scrubber in Bubblegum. It's a first so I can't say that much about it, but I've read really good reviews on it.

Then I have a little simple of Sexy Peel which is a soap. 

It's something that I enjoy in this store, they always give you simples. I think that it's a good way to make the costumer try new things but also make then come back.

What about you guys, do you like any products from Lush? As for me, I think that next time I will try one of their face masks.
